The door-to-door escort and an excellent recommendation for lunch at a local restaurant made for a leisurely and worry free transfer. He was always quick with email replies to any questions I had prior to our tour date. He was early to pick us up, and full of information about the city and its attractions. Ananth Ananth, United States Aug 28/11 Brad was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about Vancouver. Pick up and drop off were punctual; we had a great experience and got to see a lot of the city in a very short time. Pace was friendly to our group which ranged from 4-80 years. His English is excellent and he is soft spoken; the Canadian accent can be harder for non-native English speakers.
