Arlene Yu, Philippines Apr 13/12 Chizuko-san was very informative, fun and down to earth!! I learned a lot about nara and the history behind the temples and shrines. She toured us in a relaxed phase and she always anticipates our needs. I will never forget that she went out of her way to buy spoon and fork for my mom and aunt because they cannot eat using chopsticks.
