Susan Wong, United States Mar 19/12 Per our request, Melanie did a wonderful job letting our group see the "old" and "new" Hong Kong. She explained the changes that have occurred over the past years. We got to eat the "local" foods; including the seafood specialties at Sai Kung, squab and shrimp toast from a famous restaurant. She was prompt each day and very flexible during the tour.
