The visit to the synagogue and Jewish Cemetery in Jew Town was very nostalgic as well as our long walk down Jew Street which was about 20 minutes away from Jew Town. Gayle Rosenbaum, United States Jan 16/12 We were picked up at our cruise ship by our guide Jose and, along with a professional driver, spent the day touring not only the old synagogues of Cochin, but went to a local festival, took a boat ride on the backwaters, took the ferry, had a great lunch, saw a local weaving mill and spent a lovely day touring around..
