Kenneth Wild, United States Feb 12/13 Melva was a joy to spend the day with as she showed the best of her home island. She set a great pace for the day organizing everything we wanted to see in an easy to understand format so that we could appreciate the culture, people, and history of the island. She is very personable and has a wonderful sense of humor. Melva directly answered all of our questions and added some color commentary that kept us interested and engaged all day while showing us things not on any tour book list. Thanks Melva! Dorothy Jamerson Anders, United States Jul 18/12 Excellent tour by Melva. Arrived on time, comfortable car. Very knowledgeable on local history and folk lore. Got to see some of the historical sites. lost out on the ostrich farm, as not enough time. Would recommend reserving tour of ostrich farm before hand as to not compete as a walk in with the ship cruise. Yes, i would take a tour with her anytime. Margo Meyer, United States May 6/12 Melva was wonderful! We enjoyed a morning of sightseeing and visiting some of her favorite spots on the island. We are recommending her to friends who are traveling to the island later this year. She was informative and fun and willing to do whatever we asked. She's our new friend in Curacao.
