Linda Ross, United States Mar 7/13 A major reason for choosing Tours by Locals was to experience local living in Buenos Aires. The Tigre Delta tour was perfect for me. It took me out of the city congestion into a calm, quiet river community. The local foods and beverages are delicious. Andres is gracious, punctual, and seems to really enjoy making certain his guests have a extraordinary day. Highly recommend this tour for people who want to enjoy a truly local experience.

Nancy Eastlund, Aiea, HI, United States Mar 4/13 Our Sun Tours Hawaii group of 33 had a fantastic day tour. Andres had an assistant(Mitra)helping out due to group size and logistics of our tour. From Tigre River cruise, to Tren de la Costa, and back to Buenos Aires all very fun. Unfortunately, one couple had a medical situation forcing them to return home. Both Andres and Mitra went out of their way to assist them at the ER in Buenos Aires, while we sailed off on our scheduled So. Am. cruise. Cannot THANK YOU enough ANDRES and MITRA. See you both again!

Debbie Brodie, Canada Jan 25/13 Our tour with Andres and his partner Mirta was a most enjoyable and relaxing day in which we experienced the delta in a way no other commercial tour could provide. We saw the navigation of the delta and the local lifestyles. We had good food and a chance to try the Tango. We rate this as a 5 out of 5 tour. Don't miss it if you have the chance. Irina Bezumnova, Russia Feb 24/12 This day was a highlight of our stay in Buenos Aires. Our hosts Andres and Mirte made us feel like their friends. They told us much about the region, its history and traditions, people's habits, their way of life. We saw beautiful landscapes of Tigre delta from different perspectives and far from tourist paths, walked in the forest, enjoyed fantastic homemade lunch (and Andres inquired about our tastes and preferences beforehand). And after that we got a tango lesson of our dream. R
