| As this tour was postponed a day, it was taken by Francisco who was first class - an excellent communicator,friendly, enthusiastic about his city and who went the extra mile(or more!) to give us a very full and interesting tour, covering so much of Buenos Aires, it was fantastic. We would highly recommend him as a guide. We did not meet Luciano but thank him for being so helpful in re arranging our tour on account of the ship's late arrival. |

| Due to an accident the prior day Luciano was not able to tour us. He had tried unsuccessfully to reach us to see what we wanted to do. Since he was unable to reach us, he met us at the ship terminal and brought another guide with him. His name was Francisco. He gave us the opportunity to cancel or tour with Francisco which we did. Both Luciano and Francisco were extremely professional. Francisco gave us a fabulous tour and we left with fond memories of Buenos Aires! Tours by Locals is Great! |

| Luciano gave us a great tour of the city and took us to places that ship shore excursions do not go and to other places that we requested. While his command of English is good, he struggled at times to give explanations. We would recommend him to friends. |

| Had a real fun time with Luciano in BA. He even provided some colorful umbrellas when it started to rain. He knows his stuff and went on and on about local culture and sites. Easy to talk to and makes your day pleasant, fun and informative. Take his tour if you can. Its the best! |

| Luciano was a wonderful tour guide. He is so knowledgeable about the culture, politics,history, art and architecture of Buenos Aires and everything else. I don't think I have ever encountered a guide who could answer every question I posed and I ask a lot of questions! My family and I loved all the stories and anecdotes. They brought the city to life. | Luciano was there at the appointed pick up at the airport and started the tour in a very friendly and jovial manner. It's obvious that he loves Buenos Aires and is very proud of Argentina. We took in a lot of the top sites but the highlight was a steak lunch he took me too - delicious wine and one of the best steaks I have ever had. Along with provoloneta! Food was awesome. Luciano was super flexible, very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him!!! |

| Luciano is passionate about his country and his knowledge & enthusiasm made this a fantastic tour. We learned so much about Buenos Aires and have a real appreciation for its history and people. The tour was varied, interesting and balanced. The restaurants he recommended were excellent, he patiently answered our questions and catered the tour to our interests. At the end, he even made an extra trip back to our hotel after I left my water bottle in his car. We would highly recommend a tour with him! |

| Fantastic tour! Luciano was a great guide, showing excellent knowledge of the city, being very accommodating and organising the tour around my specific needs. His command of English is excellent, with no language problems whatsoever. On top of this, his knowledge of the city's roads and driving were most impressive, being able to show me far more of the city in a short amount of time than a tour bus would have otherwise. In summary, a perfect tour that I'd recommend to anyone! |
