I have a much greater appreciation for Shanghai now. Jean's English is excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tour guide in Shanghai.

Lou Nguyen, Canada Apr 4/12 My family ( 6 people) had a tour with Jean on April 4th in Shanghai. We came to Shanghai by Diamond Princess cruise. I have been traveling a lot in Asia and used many tour guides. All I can say is Jean is the best tour guide I have ever had. She knows the history of the sightseeing attractions quite well, and she is willing to go extra mile to explain things to us. On top of that she is very nice and friendly . Jean's English is excellent. It could not be wrong if you use Jean's service.

She was patient, friendly, observant and adjusted her itinerary to suit our interests as and when needed. She covered the tour in both Mandarin and English to suit our group members. She also provided many good advices and tips on what other activities we could do during our 2 free days in Shanghai and where to stay, according to our requirements. Jean was simply phenomenal. She was flexible in creating an itinerary that met our needs. Her knowledge of the history, architecture, etc. was amazing. Jean did not give a “spiel” but observed us closely at all times and responded to what she observed had caught our interest and our attention. Jean is very intelligent.
