| Our second time with Louise and brought another child along. Had a great time in Rotorua and she helped us orgainise a tour to White Island as well as getting us to the airport on time.. Highly recommended. |

| Excellent tour guide! Louise made us feel at home and went out of her way to find things to amuse my nine year old son including eating the local hokey pokey ice cream and hill rolling! Very knowledgable and a true Kiwi |
