Patricia Humphreys, Canada Feb 6/12 No fault of your guide, the weather was not that conducive to touring. Mi Mi was friendly and pleasant to deal with. She appeared somewhat nervous with us and needs more training to enhance her interpersonal communication skills. She was eager to please and provided information that we requested. TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Well...your couple are the guests, esp. at the age and situation I must put into effort to take care of, it's the way our Chinese elders get used to, and they often honor it as being respected. You like to chew information, kept asking and made notes, I was happy to share what I knew. Thanks!
