Cain was extremely pleasant and personable, full of knowlege about Sydney and Australia in general. He had planned the day quite well according to the information we provided him. It allowed us to make good use of our time in Sydney and the surrounding areas. The car he used was new and clean but again somewhat cramped for a total of 5 adults.
