Ivan Ziegler, United States Aug 18/11 Victoria met us each day promptly in our hotel lobby. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the various sites we visited as well as being familiar with the various artworks in the churches and museums. She knew how to manage our time and get us to various locations on time so we could avoid long lines. Her English was impeccable.
