Beverley Salsberg, Canada Oct 15/10 Our tour of Ho Chi Minh City was very professional.The tour guide, Phuong was not feeling well that day and had another guide substitute for him. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and gave us good insight. However, because our time in the city was very short, this information could have been given to us on the long drive in from Phuy My (2 & 1/2 hrs) instead of at the Independance Palace and perhaps we could have seen a little more of the city (esp. the market) and had a bite to eat. I found it at drug store and my eyes effected need 3 days more tobe over. And I think the Independance Palace is the most importand sight,so it's just take more time and I do all the best to let you all seen every places I do mention on this trip for you. Brian Mills, United Kingdom Jan 29/10 Our party of 9 were picked up from the cruise ship and were treated to a wonderful day seeing the sights of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)It was a 2 hour drive as the ship docked a long way from Saigon but our guide kept us well informed of the sights on our journey and life in Vietnam. We visited the Re-unification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Post Office at half the price our cruise ship would have charged for their tour.
