Judith Israel, United States Mar 11/12 Fabian was knowledgable and charming. However, this was a 7 1/2 hour tour with no water provided, no lunch provided and no bathroom stops planned for. Not comfortable! Also, Fabian gave us a list of sights, and we thought that we were seeing them all when in fact we had to pick the ones we wanted. Therefore, we missed some things. Generally, a failure in communication. We are not teeneagers and would have gladly paid more for a nice lunch and bathroom stops in clean places. TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I'm sorry to hear that the Israels were not fully satisfied. In Mumbai, scheduling tours can be difficult because the sights are widely spread and traffic is challenging. I know the horrors of returning late at the Port, so it was necessary to pick and choose. I understood their delicate tummy and hence had to drive down town from the suburbs to the exact Restaurant & Free Bathroom.
