Crystal was brilliant in every way, and delivered exactly as represented (and more). I was skeptical, especially regarding the lines at Disneyland. But she made the day smooth and comfortable in so many ways. She went out of her way to take care of our 18-month old son, when we went on the grown-up rides, and suggested attractions and diversions just for him. I particularly enjoyed her demeanor--she was not bossy or pushy, yet was not a pushover either. Very gracious about timing, meals, and ideas.
