Yany was excellent. She arrived at the allotted time at our hotel. Yany was warm, knowledgeable had a great understanding of the English and the Vietnam culture. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Having Yany take us around Hanoi made our experience so much easier and enjoyable, it was a great introduction to Vietnam culture. She took us to the places we wanted to go and introduced us to places and things we would never have thought of. I will be recommending Yany to my friends.
