We saw the Agia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and a variety of other sites with him, and he made them truely come alive. The great bonus is that he gives so much depth to the experience of Istanbul because he is so fully engaged with his tourists and with the subject. Worth every cent. David L., Norcross, GA, United States Jun 8/12 An awesome day in a wonderful city with a terrific guide. Hanifi paced things well for our group of 7, ranging in age from 15 - 70s. He has a wealth of knowledge about many significant cultural sites and he's able to communicate it in an engaging way. He was the only guide to sit with us during a meal and we enjoyed his food suggestions, casual conversation and recommendations of Turkish authors for the readers in our group. Gabrielle Walsh, Switzerland Oct 20/11 We really saw all of the top sights in the Old City on this tour. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed a leisurely lunch. At the end of the day it was great to jump on the bus and be driven back to our hotel. Hanifi is a really friendly and knowledgeable guide.
