Prior to meeting with Yany as my guide in Ha Noi, she was extremely responsive during our email communications and very big on an 'aiming to please' style of customer service too. I spent my first day in Viet Nam, in Ha Noi with her and she was terrific, as too our driver. Yany is extremely smart, curious to learn about others and very willing to show off her city/country and provide first class customer service. I highly recommend her, and she is very sweet too!
