Randall Crow, United States Oct 7/11 Natalie was pretty good but wasn't as knowledgeable as one would expect. She didn't seem very experienced and taking photos of her clients didn't seem like a routine matter for her. TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you for your response, Mr. Crow. I just wanted to comment that I'm simply not good at taking photos, I told you about this. Not everyone is talented in that, but I always sincerely try to do the best for the guests, though I'm not a photographer. Speaking about knowledgeable thing: if there was any question I didn't answer or any info you expected to get but you didn't, I wonder, why didn't you ask me? Nestor Rivera, United States Aug 28/11 Natalia took us on a fabulous walking tour of Moscow that covered many of the city's highlights, including Lenin's Mausoleum, St. Basil's Cathedral, Love Bridge, Church of Christ the Saviour, Monument to Peter the Great, Novodevichy Convent and Cemetery, Sparrow Hills, and Old Arbat. Natalia provided excellent historical and personal anecdotes about the sights visited and the city of Moscow in general. We would highly recommend her services as she definitely made our visit a memorable one. TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Don't take the law too serious :-)

She knew a lot about the sites she took us to see and did an excellent job preparing a general overview of the city. We did the walking tour with her and she certainly made sure we got our money's worth. All of our feet hurt at the end of the day. :). I highly recommend Natalie.
