(2) FRIENDLY OPENNESS: Not a "cold professional" but was pleasantly approachable, open and cordial. (3) FLEXIBILITY: Willing to make last minute changes to suit changing needs or "belated inspirations." (4) HELPFUL: Not only a tourist guide but helpfully focused on a tourist's other needs ( e.g., where to find what kind of a store to by what). Diane Hartley, United Kingdom Jun 13/11 Natalie was prompt arriving for our tour. Her English is excellent, as is her historical knowledge. Our tour with Natalie was the high point of our time in Russia. Through emails exchanged before the visit we informed Natalie of our interests and she made sure she included them. James Markey, United States Jun 8/11 We did a last minute one day trip in Moscow arriving from St Petersburg via the Sapsan speed train. Natalie was right there to meet us at the tracks, which was very reassuring. she took us on a 4 hour walking tour of Red Squre, the Armory and the Kremlin.
