Bruce Lyon, United States May 15/13 We wish we could credit Carlos with better than a perfect score because one of us (me) is a 61 year old paraplegic, strictly "wheelchair only". Carlos knew at each stop not only what was accessible but where the often obscure entrances were. Sometimes there were places where the "accessibility" was an obstacle to me. Whenever this occurred he ably lent a hand. This happened over very rocky terrain millennia old or up ramps steep enough to ski down. We could not have experienced this history without him. TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thanks a lot Bruce, they have made a good effort for making historical places accesible, unfortunately most guides don't seem to realize that places are accesible or even don't have any sensibility on this subjects at all.

He took the time to listen to them and answer their questions, making the whole experience very personal and memorable.
