Besides some communication problems leading up to the trip, we would have to say the whole tour was first rate, hotels booked as advised and all at a good standard. She is relentless and will give you a full day of touring and has a spot quizz that you have to pass...... she even looked up a flight I was having problems with ........ always friendly and totally attentive to her customers needs, mine being cold water and coca cola, to get through the 107F temperature.... she knows all the officials at each site and they help to get you through the crowds at the entrance. Arnold Ephraums, United States May 1/11 I was really interested in seeing temples, and the markets, so Sweta tailored the day to that, stopping whenever I wanted to stop to see something more closely, had a great rickshaw ride with her through the back streets and she can respectfully talk down any guy that tries to push goods on to you. Tell her in advance what you want to see if you are interested in textiles she'll go there, if you want jewelry she'll take you to that area. She's a great guide. She showed us a wonderful time and sights of New Delhi. Got us to the airport after a day of tour and shopping. They were so kind as to help us pack what we purchased, but also insured our safety into the airport. She was also very well knowledgable on all that we saw. All six of us are indebted to her for the great and lasting memory that we will always cherish. The tour bus driver and Sweta took us and all our luggage to the airport. The tour van was very roomy and comfortable. Sweta was very engaging and knowledgable and easy to understand, and was able to cover all the locations we wanted on our tour. She and the driver were first-class all the way, from having drinks ready for us upon return to the car, to being friendly while not overly pushy. We were safe throughout, and learned so much. I would highly recommend Sweta for any English-speaking or other foreign tourists.
