Ivan Ziegler, United States Aug 18/11 Victoria met us each day promptly in our hotel lobby. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the various sites we visited as well as being familiar with the various artworks in the churches and museums. She knew how to manage our time and get us to various locations on time so we could avoid long lines. Her English was impeccable. She provided invaluable tips on where to take the best pictures, best local food restaurants and where to shop for souvenirs. Karin Eastham, United States Jun 15/10 Victoria was a walking encyclopedia. She was so knowledgeable about everything on the tour. I can't imagine seeing St. Petersburg without her. She was also very pleasant and we really felt like we made a friend during our two days of spending time with her. She was extremely organized. All the tour tickets were purchased by her in advance. We walked to the front of every line and spent no waiting time whatsoever. We learned so much and had a wonderful all around experience. We highly recommend her.
