Lu Bakken, United States Oct 17/12 Craig was an excellent tour guide. He knew the city of San Francisco very, very well having been born there and serving as our guide. Every person on the tour was impressed with his knowledge and descriptions at every stop and the sites we visited. Every person commented to me about the restaurant choice and menu selections and I passed this information on the Craig. He timed our tour perfectly so that we arrived back in Sacramento on schedule. Roger West, United States Jan 19/11 He was on time, actually early, has a professional demeanor and was very knowledgeable of the area he was tour guiding. He also didn't seem to mind, and understood, that we had to wait for a few on the tour to arrive later than the planned time. The majority of the delegates that took the tour were international and enjoyed the tour and learned quite a bit about the city.
