She knows everybody and will help you. I didn't have too much time on Rio and arrived around 9am at the Rio Int. Airport, she took me from there and we have time to visit all the points of interests I wanted to see. She is very energetic, likes people, very skilled and knowledgeable. She covered the principal sights and areas of interest to us within the extremely limited time frame that we had available (and somewhat reduced by inability to find car parking). Gwen Williams, Ottawa, ON, Canada Mar 11/10 Neyla arrived promptly at our hotel with a fellow guide in his large van as her car had broken down on her the previous afternoon and was in the shop for repairs. She was very professional, personable, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable - a perfect guide for us. At her suggestion, we also stopped at a local fresh fruit and veggie market on the way to the Botanical Garden for some great photo ops and delicious bites of tropical fruits, as well as at the Chinese lookout on the way back.
