During our tour, we'll visit the Grand Palace of Peterhof - one of the most elaborate Gala Residences of Russian Tzars, the Upper and Lower Gardens with their world famous Fountains, Cascades and Grottos. Optionally we may visit the Imperial Bathhouse and Kitchen, Hermitage Pavilion, Marly Palace and the Monplaisir Palace.
We will start this tour at around 10 am, meeting in the lobby of your hotel. Our experienced driver will take us to the suburban residence of Peterhof, the drive will last for around an hour (+\- depending on traffic) Once in Peterhof, we will firstly tour the Grand Palace (duration of the actual palace tour is around 1 hour). Then we will start the exploration of the beautiful gardens of Peterhof, making a stop for lunch when you feel that you need one. We will do quite a lot of walking, and but if you get tired easily we will make stops to rest and relax during the tour. We will return back to Saint-Petersburg after 2.30 pm.
Where and When:
Meet up location: Lobby of your hotel. I will have a sign with your name on it.
End location: Lobby of your hotel OR any other location in the city that you specify (for example if you would like to do some shopping afterwards or wish to have a nice meal in a cozy restaurant)
Duration: 5 hours
Depending on traffic, we might spend a little more than planned getting to the residence, but on the whole this will not affect your experience of the tour.
400 Roubles - This amount can be less or it could be more, based on the type of cafe/restaurant you choose for your lunch. Amount is indicated PER PERSON.
