This one day trip will take you to the summit of Doi Inthanon (2565m), then stop off on the way down to visit the King and Queen's Chedis , a Hmong village in the heart of the Royal Agricultural Project, a spectacular waterfall and a Karen village.
- Leave Chiang Mai at 8. 00 a. m. - Drive directly to Doi Inthanon N. P. and straight up to the summit for a walk around. - Visit the King & Queen's commemorative chedis and ornamental flower gardens. - Walk around the Hmong village at the Royal Agricultural Project. - Lunch at the National Park Headquarters - Final stop at Vachiratarn Waterfall for great photo opportunities. - Drive back to Chiang Mai arriving at your hotel at approx 5 p. m.
