This tour will bring you to Rougemont hill, part of the Monteregians mountains. Covered in apple orchards, it is the best place to have you discover how important cider was to the first settlers.
Have you ever had Ice Cider? If not, you are in for quite a treat!
Next, a 1/2 mile walk alongside the Richelieu river, where you will see many gorgeous historical houses from the 19th century. That will lead us to Fort Chambly, where we will have a picnic style lunch with a tasty lunch box specially prepared for you by the local baker.
Then I will lead you to a museum… of Beer artefact! But trust me the pleasure will not only be for your eyes, we will also sample 3 beers from this great, all natural microbrewery.
Finally, we will take one of the oldest road of Québec, made in 1635, to lead us to our last stop, an exceptional vinery where you will have the pleasure to sit and sip some wine in a rural garden.
