After pick up we will start our wonderful day with a climb up to Golden Mount. This artificial hill was once the highest peak of Bangkok. From here we have a great view of the old part of the city and the Royal Palace.
From here we take a short tuk tuk (3 wheeler) ride to the Royal Palace. I will show you all the hidden treasures of the Palace and of course you get the chance to visit the revered Emerald Buddha. Before lunch you will get a glimpse of Thai magic and luck at the amulet street, we might even see the casting of some Buddha statues if we're lucky. After a local delicious Thai lunch at the riverside we cross the river by ferry. Here we find small alleys where Thai students buy the latest fashion and fun stuff.
By express boat we depart for Chinatown. This bustling part of the city has so much undiscovered fruit and vegetable markets, small endless alleys, shoes for sale and Chinese herbs pharmacies, it will astound you for sure. After a real Bangkok fun day your stories will be endless. |

For the visit to the Royal Palace please make sure to keep at hand: Long trousers for man to the ankles! ladies can wear skirt or dress that cover the knees.
