Our gastronomy tour starts with a delicious breakfast of pho, the famous Vietnamese soup. You then visit Dong Xuan Market, Ha Noi Central Market, where you will admire the myriads of local products and the fierce bargaining. Degustation of fresh specialties in a nearby street, including bahn cuon, a rice and grilled pork cake, followed by a delicious Vietnamese coffee -one of the world's best- served in a student establishment near Hoan Kiem Lake. You then cross Old Hanoi in a cyclo to go to Hom Market, where we buy all the ingredients for our next step: a delicious lunch, prepared in front of you with all the necessary explanations in one of the most famous Vietnamese restaurants in Ha Noi, Chim Sao (« The whistling bird »), located in an old colonial house dating from the 1900's or in my home stay in Hanoi.
