pick you up from your hotel in Luxor, start your visit in the west bank where you can see the Valley of the King(massive tombs curved on the sand stone cliffs) there are many kings buried in this valley. The most known tombs are King Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess4, ramsis 3 & ramsis 9
Then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, who ruled Egypt about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty(1490-1469 B. C), the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt. You will passing by the colossi of Memnon(once stood by the facade of a big temple) for about 15 minutes ( Remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III ), back to the east bank in Luxor, continue you tour to visit Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in the history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. End your tour by visiting a wonderful sailing in the nile river to relax & enjoy sun set after a long cultural day. Back to your hotel |
