A demonstration of Capoeira. It's a mixture of martial arts and dance was developed and practised by Portuguese slaves in Brasil hundreds of years ago. The slaves were obviously forbidden from practising combative exercises and so the dancing element was used to disguise the more aggressive martial art. |
