From the city, we travel along the N2 towards the Strand with its magnificent beaches. From there we make our way towards Gordons Bay and then along the breathtaking Clarence Drive towards Rooi Els where we will stop for a drink or two. From here we make our way past Pringle Bay, Betty's Bay, Kleinmond and on to Hermanus. Here you can choose from a number of fine restaurants to take in some of the scenic beauty and fine cusine that Hermanus has to offer. And if we're in season (June to November) you can watch the whales from the shore. From Hermanus, we travel towards Botrivier, and over the Houwhoek Pass with a stop at the Houwhoek Inn, an old toll station that boasts with the oldest liquor licence in South Africa. From here we travel through apple country. . . Grabouw and Elgin towards the summit of Sir Lowry's Pass for another mind-blowing photo stop. From here it's back along the N2 towards the city. |

| Being a trike, I can only take two passengers on any tour at a time. I am also only licenced to operate within the Western Cape. Unfortunately no children under the age of 10. I speak only English and Afrikaans. |

Please note that all food and drinks will be for your own account.
The price of the all of our tours include the collection and return of clients before and after any tour within a radius of 20 km's from the offices of CAPE TRIKE TOURS. Thereafter, a fee of R150-00 per each additional 10 km's, or part thereof, will be charged. To reduce these charges, it is suggested that both parties meet at a safe, convenient location from where the tour can start and end. |

| Transportation Method: The vehicle that you will be riding on is an imported Boom trike, manufactured in Germany. It is powered by a Ford Duratec (Ford Focus) 1600cc, 100HP motor. The trike can seat two passengers at a time and helmets are provided. The vehicle is fully licenced and roadworthy and very safe and stable on the road. |
