During this tour you will visit the most unusually colored cathedral in Saint-Petersburg. Built in 1907 this cathedral is a true gem of the city and you will surely fall in love with its amazing mosaics.
Whilst taking a stroll along Nevsky Prospekt you cannot fail to notice the impressive Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan. The cathedral was named after the "miracle-making" icon of Our Lady of Kazan. A couple of years ago regular services were resumed in the cathedral, though it still shares the premises with the museum, from whose name the word "atheism" has now been omitted. (to go inside it's free of charge)
Boat tour tend to go along the Fontanka and the Neva rivers. Main sites along the way include Anichkov Bridge, Engineer's Castle, Summer Gardens, the Salt District, Field of Mars, Church on Spilt Blood, St. Peter and Paul's fortress, Trinity Bridge, the Winter Palace, the Kunstkamera, St. Isaac's Cathedral and the University of St. Petersburg. |

| We will start this tour in the lobby of your hotel (if you are cruise passengers I'll come to meet you in a port and bring you back, I'll do "tour tickets - visa free" for you, just let me know in advance about it. ) I will guide you around the insides of the Cathedrals. We'll take bout trip, can stop for a lunch (shoping) We will finish the tour at the place you specify. |
