To avoid traffic and crowds we head straight up to the Blue Mountains, driving through the western suburbs of Sydney past our Sydney Olympic 2000 site. In clear weather we try and stop at a very magical lookout where you will get your first glimpse of the rock formations and flora of the area. We get some amazing views by taking a small road slightly off the beaten track. From here we head straight to Scenic World where we experience some of the more popular Blue Mountains attractions. We offer you a chance to experience three rides at Scenic World, going across the valley on the Scenic Skyway and then descending into the temperate rainforest on the Scenic Cableway. After a short board walk through the rainforest area we go back up on the worlds steepest incline. Echo Point and the majestic Three Sisters is next. Probably the most famous lookout in the region. We stop for lunch in lovely Leura village and then we visit Featherdale Park where you can get up close to our amazing Aussie animals |
