During this bike tour near Medellin, we'll go from rough forest terrain to wide paved roads but with very little to no car traffic but with spectacular vistas of the Valle de San Nicolás or of Medellín's metropolitan area. |

| This bike tour starts with a suggested 8:00 am pick-up at your hotel in Medellin. Then we'll drive to Santa Elena to meet-up with our local guide. We will then start our ride through a paved road and then we'll eventurally go through dirt roads and back to paved roads depending on the selected route. There will be several stops at panoramic viewpoints and for a snack and refreshments. At the end of the tour you may decide to have lunch in the area or we can just head back to Medellín. |

| It depends mostly on how much time we take on the ride. Driving to where we'll meet our local bike guide in Santa Elena should normally take about less than 1 hour. |

| 10 COP - If you want to have lunch at the end of the tour, there's a nice place to do this called "Cable a Tierra". The price range for lunch is in between US$6.00 and US$8.00. |
