During this one day trip to the old capital of Siam, I will take you to the most beautiful sites in town. In the most fun way with lots of different modes of transport.
We depart Bangkok to Bang Pa In summer palace. This area houses Chinese temples, European style temples and so much to discover.
From here we make a boat ride on the famous Chao Praya river to get a glimpse of the local communities on the banks of this majestic river.
Once we arrive on the island of the former capital, Ayutthaya, we visit a local market. After a stroll of amazement we continue by authentic riksja for a delicious lunch.
The most classical Tuk Tuk (3 wheeler) in the world will take us to Wat Mahatat (Wat means temple) to explore ruins and century old Buddha statues.
The best of this city we will visit last, Wat Chai Watanaram. This stunning Khmer style temple is so grand, you will experience far by gone ages and the old times of Siam will live inside your fantasy.
After a magnificent day I will take you back to Bangkok. |
