We can start by crossing Tijuca Natinal Park ( the biggest urban forest of the world) to discover and enjoy the vegetation and animals like monkeys, racoons , birds etc and a break at Taunay Waterfall that we can reach through a trail.
And then we will drive until the summit of Corcovado hill, at 710 meters high above sea level, where the statue of Christ the Reddemer, one of the seven new wonders, stands, with a stunning view of 360 degrees from Rio de Janeiro.
As we have still time let's stroll around downtown area by car, the Old Rio, the city's craddle where we can see a mix of architecture from the 17th century till today. |

We'll ride up to CORCOVADO HILL by cog train and cross the Tijucal National Park, In the way back we get out in the middle of the forest and visit the beautiful Taunay Waterfall and then take a trail and watch some animals like the capuchin monkeys, and the rich vegetation of the Atlantic Forest. In the way back we will also enjoy São Conrado Beach known as the Hangliders Beach.
