All visitors to Vancouver should take a day out to see the Province of British Columbia's capital city, Victoria!
One day isn't enough to see all of Victoria's attractions but we can hit the highlights together.
Start at your hotel in the morning and drive 30 kms to the ferry terminal. Crossing scenic Georgia Strait takes a little over 2 hours. First stop on the other side is well-renowned Butchart Gardens (admission included). After being WOW'd by over 50 acres of perfectly manicured lawns, flower beds and garden plots, we take a short hop to downtown Victoria.
Take in the Harbour boats, artisans, boutique shops and decide on several which attraction you will visit first: Parliament buildings, Royal BC Museum, Craigdarroch Castle, High Tea at the Empress etc.
If we can tear you away, we will drive back to the Victoria ferry terminal to return to the Vancouver coast and have you back at your hotel by approximately 8:30pm. |
