Snowshoeing has come a long way from the large 'tennis racquet' style snowshoes of yesteryear. Our new modern models make it as easy as 'walking on snow'. Experience is not necessary, I will assist you with the snowshoes, show you how to walk in them and within minutes you will be a pro!
So what are you waiting for? The snow is falling, the temperatures are mild, and the fresh air rejuvenates your body and soul. |

12:00noon - Arrive at turnaround point & Picnic Lunch
12:30pm - Depart on return journey
1:30pm - Arrive back at trailhead
2:30pm - Arrive back at your hotel
Evening Magical Moon Tours
5:30pm - Pick up at hotel or place of stay
6:30pm - Arrive at trailhead
7:00pm - Depart on guided Snowshoe
8:00pm - Arrive at turnaround point & enjoy a lovely Snack 8:30pm - Depart on return journey
9:30pm - Arrive back at trailhead
10:30pm - Arrive back at your hotel |

| Meet up location: Transportation from your hotel or where you are staying within the Vancouver & North Vancouver cities. If you choose to make your way to the trailhead, the meet locations vary depending on trail selected (this will be discussed during a conversation on the experience you are looking for and your level of experience and ability). |

| End location: You will be returned to hotel or place of original pick up. |

| Duration: 4 hours 30 min. |

| Snowshoeing tours are available daily and customized to the time that suits you. From the trailhead, the tour is 2.5 hours including breaks. Depending on where you are staying in Vancouver, the time to the trailheads can be anywhere from 30 min to 1 hour each way. |

- Transportation from your hotel or place of stay in the Vancouver and North Vancouver areas. Transportation time is approximately 2 hours return depending on traffic making it a 4 1/2 - 5 hour tour.
- 2 hour guided snowshoe with 1/2 hour break
- Picnic Lunch or Snack and beverage (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate)
- Snowshoes, Poles & headlamps to use
- Souvenir photo |

Note that if there are more than 3 people are in the tour, there is an extra cost of $125 for a larger vehicle.
Pick up or drop off at Vancouver International Airport is available for an additional $50. |

Lois was very kind and I enjoyed her lecture/explanation re nature/plants/wildlife just like an "eco tour", which is du jour. It was very educational and I found it very good deal. The route was consulted based on my experience and preference. I choose Quarry Rock in Deep Cove. I recommended the tour to solo travelers, small groups like families or friends.
