"Ride the Red Rockets" into Toronto's Rich Diversity |

|
Join the travelling public on Toronto's heritage trolley (streetcar) system! Disembark as we please to visit on foot various districts such as the Waterfront, Chinatown, University of Toronto, Provincial Legislature, Financial Core, Eaton Shopping Centre, City Hall, Union Station --- or other possible venues of your choice. Stroll the streets, interact with Torontonians, take photographs, ask questions --- and then reboard the tram and move onto the next site. Your experience will be characterized as personal, unique, interactive and memorable --- the farthest thing from drive-by "conveyor belt" tourism using large coaches.
OR ALTERNATELY. . .
Or alternately, spend the time riding a much larger part of the Toronto Transit Commission system --- a mix of trams, buses and subway-metro. Explore items of interest to transit enthusiasts such as special running ways, terminals and garages, inter-modal interfaces, areas of peak vehicular movements and more.
And do not forget the numerous photo-ops! |
