This tour is not a common tour, is almost not offered by tour operators, because it comprehends a visit to the archaeological site of the olmecas xicalancas, Cacaxtla wich has the most impressive murals of mayan influence on the state of Tlaxcala it also includes a quick view of the church of San Miguel del Milagro. The tour continues to the city of Tlaxcala with its impressive famous church of the Virgen de Ocotlan and its historical downtown. It's a full day tour and it's advised to take with you some sun blocker. |

| We'll depart from Mexico City to the archaelogical sites of Xochitecatl and Cacaxtla with it's impressive murals, afterwards we'll visit the San Miguel del Milagro church, a site visited by catholic pilgrims, because of the apparitions of Archangel St. Michael. We'll continue to the City of Tlaxcala, make a walking tour of downtown and to the Basilica of the Virgin of Ocotlan a masterpiece of the Barroque style and the Chapel of El Pocito. In Tlaxcala we'll have time for you to taste the local cuisine |
