On 22 May 1907, Georges Remi aka HERGE is born in Etterbeek, a Brussels town. He will become the genius creator of Tintin and Snowy, but also the father of the European comic strip.
Tintin Adventures have inspired and delighted readers all over the world ever since. On October 21st Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures Presented in Brussels (Belgium) a 3D Motion Capture Film, The Adventures of Tintin, directed by Steven Spielberg.
