Hi there dear traveler, welcome to Thailand, the most smiling country in the world as many people love to say.
My official Thai name is Yaowarak but my friends call me Angmo. I would love to welcome you to Thailand and give you a glimpse of my wonderful country and culture.
For many people Asia still means mystery and the great unknown. . . this mystery will hopefully stay in your heart forever. For the unknown, I see it as my proud and happy job to inform you about everything you ever wanted to know about Thailand.
But please. . . When on tour with me don't expect a standard trip. Just information and knowledge is not enough to make your holiday fun and exciting. There is much more to it!
I dare to say that if you are not a fun loving human we are not a match.
But if you are, come and join to explore Bangkok or Thailand with me in the best way possible.
I love to show and let you experience a sense of the real 'Thainess' as we call it. This means that next to a deep understanding of Thai history and culture, I will give you real Thai insights to what it is to be Thai. How we think and why we love to live in our harmonious and sometimes mysterious ways.
This does mean however that you will laugh a lot on my tours, sorry for this, but happiness is my trademark.
My services range from half day trips in Bangkok, to one or two day trips to for example Kanchanaburi. Or maybe you love to visit the historical sites of lost kingdoms? Then we should go to the old capital of Ayutthaya. These are all possible to visit as one day trips.
But my experience runs all the way from the top-north, to the deep-south of Thailand. Are you dreaming about traveling to the north of Thailand in two weeks and you don't have a guide yet? . . . . As you wish, my knowledge and fun will make your holiday the finest experience there is.
Next to my personal guiding experience for almost 7 years, I do work together with my boyfriend to make the best trips and services available too you.
He has been a tour-manager for 12 years all around the world. His adventures in Thailand and Indochina started about 10 years ago and are never ending.
So all this knowledge about the best sites, itineraries, fun stories, places to eat, and so much more will be shared and explored with you.
Our explorations around Thailand are also a lot of fun for kids. There are so many surprises waiting for them, it's exciting and wonderful. They will love to experience Thailand in every sense possible. And by the way, I am sure they take home a lot of knowledge and amazing stories about my culture as well.
If you have any specific interests please let us know before so we can adjust any program to your wishes. This is actually how we love to work anyway, to make the trip as you like it. For example we know that a lot of our guests or friends, love Thai food. The good thing is that WE LOVE TO EAT as well! So if you want to know the best places to eat in town, we will take you there with all our pleasure. We might even stay for dinner with you.
Or if you like walking and making use of local transportation instead of a private car or minivan, it's easy to arrange. This is a perfect way to get to know local culture, just take the bus. Did you know that Bangkok has its typical express boats that run south to north on our main river? Taking a ride on a boat like this and starting a conversation with a Buddhist monk or student is one of the amazing things that could happen while on tour with us.
At the end of the day you will think about a day of fun in your life which you will never forget. And you will know so much more about our amazing way of life that hopefully the Asian mystery remains in your heart forever.
And if Thailand will as well, then our job is fulfilled.
