By car it takes four hours to reach Agra, but by train only two hours! So less journey-time and more time to explore the historic city of Agra. This extra time we will use in exploring the heavenly Taj Mahal, and other gorgeous monuments of Agra such as the UNESCO enlisted Red Fort and the Baby Taj.
Namaste! Welcome to this classic Agra tour. We embark on our luxury-style tour early in the morning. We need to catch a 0600 hrs train, therefore we start at 0500hrs. The train leaves us at Agra after two hours- at 0800hrs. Here we get in into our luxury AC car, in which we enjoy the day-long travel in Agra. Our first destination is the heavenly Taj Mahal, the white marble mausoleum known as the ultimate monument to love! Then we proceed to the royal Red Fort of Agra- while strolling inside the fortress we get the opportunity to discover the royal life of the Mughal emperors. The Fort is also a UNESCO Heritage Site! If time permits, we visit another white marble mausoleum which rivals the beauty of the Taj Mahal, and therefore known as the Baby Taj Mahal. Later in the evening we take back our train to Delhi which leaves us there at 2230hrs.
