| Activity Levels Explained Minimal - most of the time you will be seated. You may need to get in and out of a vehicle. Light - short walks on level ground, with few stairs to climb. Moderate - brisk walks of longer duration on varying terrain, bicycling on level ground or swimming. High - very active excursion involving constant effort. Includes such activities as running, hiking on difficult terrain for an extended period, bicycling in hilly areas or climbing steep inclines. Extreme - requires the highest level of fitness. |
