St Augustine was founded by the Spanish in 1565: Since then the Spanish Plaza in the center of town has seen English pirates, Spanish soldiers, American pioneers, Confederates, Yankees and gilded age millionaires and Civil Rights Leaders, and more ghosts than we can count. Hear their stories and take photographs of the Cathedral of St. Augustine, the Spanish Government House, Mediterranean style houses, Victorian hotels, and the only medieval fort in the continental United States, all nestled along the Matanzas River. My tours are based on your interests and questions, meticulously researched and always lots of fun. I look forward to welcoming you to the Ancient City. |

| Itineraries are guided by the interests of my guests. As we stroll through the picturesque streets of this old city you will see the Castillo de San Marcos which is the only true castle in the continental United States, the Cathedral of St. Augustine, colonial homesteads, Victorian hotels replete with Tiffany windows, quaint grave yards and narrow Spanish streets lined with Mediterranean style homes. Ghost and pirate stories abound. The days when Civil Rights activists faced Klan members will come to life. |

| St. Augustine is a charming small town with narrow streets and horrendous traffic. I will tell you where to park your car and we will stroll the narrow streets of the nation's oldest city together. Easy walking with lots of lovely places to sit and chat. |
