This tour is a superb way to see the impressive Andes mountains rising up from the Sacred Valley which contains Inca temples, residences, altars, channels, carvings, Ollantaytambo and Chincheros alive Incans towns; also their impressive Agriculture terraces and Moray Archaeological Inca Complex is located about 7km away from Maras town (3300m) and 35 km from Cusco, and Maras Salt Mine is located near of Maras town surrounded by huge snow peaks named "La Veronica" (5682m) and "Chicon" (5530m). The people who live very proud of their culture, with their traditions and customs since their ancestors. |

Then Moray Archaeological Incan Complex, Those are enormous natural depressions or hollows in the ground surface that Incas used for constructing irrigated farming terraces around them "Agricultural Laboratory" and enjoy the view of the Andes like to Apu Veronica.
After Maras - Picturesque town and with its colonial doors, visit one house to tknow how is the preparation of CHICHA.
SALINERAS - to know about artisanal salt mining.
Lunch in the sacred valley. . .
Last visit OLLANTAYTAMBO to see the famous Pacarictampu and Inca princess bath fountain, some streets and local people wearing colorfull ponchos, considered as alive Inca town,
and finally Return to Cusco and drop off you at your hotel. |
