Where and When:
Meet up location: Pick up at your hotel, apartment, airport, hostal, villa... port
Cruise Passengers: We will meet you at the bottom of the gangplank. Please wait on the finger dock/gangplank - CLOSEST TO THE FRONT/BOW OF THE SHIP - as you get off the ship for one of our representatives.
We will have your group leaders name and a ToursByLocals sign.
NOTE FOR ALL CRUISE PASSENGERS: When registering for our tours please add your 1: full names as they are in your passport, 2: passport numbers, 3: country of issue and 4: the full name of the ship - not only the cruise company name. End location: We will take you back to where we picked you up. Any changes could incur additional charges.

1: The arrival time at port is 7:45 am unless otherwise told by your guide. 2: Tour will depart once the boat is "ok'd" by local port marshal. He has to make sure all the boat safety regulations are being followed. 3: More than 30 boats depart this terminal daily, we want you to make sure you get on the correct boat to the right island . Please confirm with us before you arrive to the port. 4: Return time to Cartagena: 3-4pm. 6: Exceptions: sole discretion of captain.
40000 COLOMBIAN PESOS - If you go snorkelling the equipment rental is approx. COP$20,000/person. If you go to the aquarium the cost is approx COP$15,000/person, children 1/2 price. You can also buy beer and coconuts on beach, have a massage, arts and crafts, etc..

* Larger groups than 10 please contact us for a custom group rate. * Maximum 55 passengers per boat. * We also have a boat which holds 100 + passengers. * This boat takes longer to get to the islands and be aware the line for lunch will be longer also. * This option is suitable for very young children and the elderly who are mobile-challenged.
* Transportation to the dock: For 2 or less people we will come and pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the boat. And the same in the afternoon upon return to Cartagena.
What's Extra:
Transport to/from the docks: Groups of 3 -10 there will be a minimal flat transport fee of US$75 for both ways. Groups larger than 10 please advise of group size for special quote. Please pay this fee locally upon arrival in Cartagena in cash.
If you go snorkelling the equipment rental is approx. COP$20,000/person. Note: Could be slightly higher in the winter, summer and holiday seasons and long weekends. Pay on the boat.
If you go to the aquarium the cost is approx COP$15,000/person, children 1/2 price. Pay when you arrive to the island aquarium.
You can also buy cold local beer and coconuts on beach, have a massage, arts and crafts, etc.. Pay locally.

Transportation Method: We will meet you at your hotel, guest house, apartment, boat, airport and take you to the docks where the boats will be leaving from. In the afternoon when you return we will also take you back to your pick up point.
We can take a person in a wheelchair however they will have to occupy two seats and will have to stay on board the boat during docking. The beaches are not paved so it will be difficult to leave the boat.
Kid Friendly: Yes. This tour is enjoyed by all kids, but not for infants or women who are pregnant. The boat ride is unpredictable at times.
