My passion for travel is all-consuming: for 27 years I have guided guests both throughout the cities and outback of Australia and thro Europe, North and South America, the Pacific and Asia.
With a childhood in "bush" Queensland I learnt to love the land and animals, the poetry, stories, humour and characters of the Outback.
With 25years spent in flamboyant Sydney I have enjoyed all the great food, wine, festivals, music and galleries that are on offer.
Travel with me and you will not get long boring history talks.
You will have the sense you are enjoying the city with someone you know well and who is happy to show you just what interests you most.
What you can see in the guidebooks, or what the guidebooks don't have- what the locals do.
I will give you personal and dedicated service.
We can walk thro the streets of old Sydney and enter the spirit of colonial days.
We can find some cute koalas to cuddle, feed a kangaroo, watch a wombat and platypus or a Tasmanian devil.
I'll find you a laughing kookaburra or a screeching cockatoo.
We can dine out in style, in a pub, on a boat, by the harbour, by the beach. Your choice.
We can wander thro the galleries and see aboriginal art, colonial art or the best exhibitions of contemporary paintings.
Or shop the chic boutiques or the bargain markets.
Or do you want to take a lesson at a surfing school, tour the Sydney Opera House, ride a helicopter over the city, harbour and beaches, go for a hike along the hidden reaches of magnificent Sydney harbour?
Sydney needs a week at least to do it justice.
But I will find you the best of the best in whatever time you have - 4 hours, a day, 2 days, a week. . . .
